Pediatric MS: Navigating Your Journey (Virtual)

Connect and learn with others who are affected by pediatric MS and navigating their own journeys. This virtual program is designed for preteens and teens who live with MS, as well as their parents or legal guardians. Participants will have the opportunity to learn more about topics specific to the pediatric MS community and ask questions of a healthcare professional.

This free program will be hosted online. You’ll need an active email address to register and attend this virtual program. A meeting link will be provided to you upon registration.

 

Quarterly Topic: Physical & Occupational Therapy for Kids with MS

Young people living with MS can learn ways to stay active and keep doing the things they enjoy. Discover how physical and occupational therapy (PT and OT) can support strength, movement, and independence. Families will build new skills and gain confidence as they learn how PT and OT can support everyday life with MS.

 

Speakers: Paul Y. Yoo, PhD, OT; Greg A. Koberstein, PT, DPT

Dr. Paul Yejong Yoo is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Occupational Therapy at Colorado State University.

Dr. Greg Koberstein is a Doctor of Physical Therapy at the Physical Therapy Program at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions based in Provo, Utah.
