The Pathways to Wellness in MS program empowers people affected by MS to solve wellness challenges and connect with others in the MS community. Everyone living with MS, with all levels of abilities, can and should stay active and eat in a way that is healthy and fuels their body.

In this program, participants will have the opportunity to learn about the latest wellness research, taking a comprehensive approach to a healthy lifestyle with MS, and exercise and physical activity recommendations for people living with MS. Community programs feature a variety of wellness topics and encourages group discussions and learning about Society resources. This program is done in partnership with Wayne State University and will give you an opportunity to connect with a MS Experts, Dr. Nora Fritz and Dr. Michael VanNostrand, and others in the MS community. 

The program will begin promptly at 11 a.m. Space is limited.

A boxed lunch will be provided and parking will be paid for by the Society.
